Situated in a friendly Hampshire Village this 17th Century cottage is in the perfect location to explore the south of England.
This quaint and full of character cottage with its low ceilings and beams stands peacefully at the end of a terrace row, almost opposite the friendly pub in this charming historic village. Warm and welcoming, Eglantine home has a living/dining room with a lovely inglenook fireplace and gas wood burner. There is a galley style kitchen with Oven and Hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The downstairs bathroom has a bath with shower over. Upstairs there is a large bedroom with Super King size Brass bed, this room can also accommodate a z bed for a child or cot, plus a large single brass bed which is sectioned off from the landing by a curtain.
The delightful, large lawned garden with sitting out area, borders of trees and plants, and overlooks surrounding fields. The village has 2 pubs and a Village shop/post office supplying most needs. Farnham is just a 10 minute drive away. Parking on the street outside.

Step up to the fully fitted kitchen with oven & hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, coffee maker and fully equipped. The kitchen leads to the newly fitted bathroom with a luxurious walk in shower. Upstairs the main bedroom is spacious with king size brass bed and views to the front, the bedroom overlooking the side has two single beds and plenty of storage.
Outside is a sweet garden with patio and lawn area. The Village offers lovely walks and cycle rides there are 2 friendly pubs offering good food and a Village Shop/Post Office supplying all the necessities and a great range of frozen meals. Parking on the street outside.
Is a new venture in the heart of the South Wales Valleys being beautifully managed by my brother under the umberella of James’ Place Wales. This holiday home in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park, next to the Reservoir has been creatively refurbished offering stunning views of the surrounding countryside via a sky pod and wall to wall glass doors bringing the outside inside.
The interior has an uber modern styling with all the labour saving gadgets needed so you can sit back and relax. The open plan living area features a fully fitted kitchen, comfortable leather sofas, and glass dining table seating 8 comfortably. The ground floor bedroom with King size bed features glass doors with uninterrupted views of the mountains, there is also a luxurious bathroom with walk in rain shower on the ground floor. Upstairs are two King size bedrooms with mountain views and a small bedroom with bunk beds, another designer bathroom with walk in rain shower.
Walk out through the wall to wall glass doors to an extensive deck area with hot tub spa, BBQ and everything needed for outside dining. The cottage garden with uninterrupted views of the mountains beyond has a wildflower meadow, an infinity board walk and to keep the young ones entertained there is a fabulous playground with trampoline and even a zip wire.
The local area offers a wealth of attractions, the Brecon Beacons, climbing Pen Y Fan, exploring the waterfalls, beautiful walks, hikes and cycle rides. Bike Park Wales is a few miles away outside the historically fascinating town of Merthyr Tydfil once the iron capital of the world. Cardiff the Capital of Wales is a vibrant City, Swansea and The Gower Coast within easy reach.
